Se genera una nueva versión del script sn2psql-DK20032026.py
En el mismo se agrega la calomna created_by

Se detecta que algunas filas quedan con el valor null, por lo que se investiga el tema.
Se determina en primera instancia que esto se debe a que al correr de manera simultánea una vez por hora el script original junto con la regenaeración, esto podría porvocar los casos null

Para poder solucionarle se genera el script backfill_sys_created_by.py
